BUY KALINDEE RAIL NIRMAN
Dear Investors,
Here's some input about the company which I have been recommending to my Paid as well as free members. Some important developments are taking place within the company (will be disclosed to PAID MEMBERS only) which should give a great boost and shoot up the share prices.
Kalindee Rail Nirman (KRNL) has reported its Q1FY09 results better than their expectations. Net sales increased by 24% YoY to Rs 595 million, lower than the expectations of Rs 643 million. Q1FY09, EBITDA margins were better at 13.4% since company has reported low margins at 7.7% in Q4FY08. In Q4FY08, prices of various commodities (mainly steel) has increased significantly and because of escalation clause in few projects, this increase in expenditure got reimbursed in Q1FY09 and hence margins were significantly high in Q1FY09. The company expects margins to be in range of 11-12% in subsequent quarters.
Kalindee Rail Nirman has current order book of Rs 4 billion. Maximum part of this order book (approximately 80%) is expected to be completed by March 2009. The company expects orders worth Rs 6-7 billion by the end of December 2008. It largely comprises of orders from Bangalore Metro, Mumbai metro, regular projects from Northern railways and other private players like Vedanta etc. It has fund raising plans, to meet working capital requirement for new orders. This is likely to be completed by December 2008 but management is not willing to reduce its holding which is approx 26% at present. Debt on balance sheet at present is approx Rs 600 million.
Sources expect KRNL to report net revenues of Rs 4.1 billion and PAT of Rs 263 million in FY09E and net revenues of Rs 7.3 billion and PAT of Rs 514 million in FY10E. EPS works out at Rs 20.4 for FY09E and Rs 40.4 for FY10E. At present, the stock trades at 10.5x and 5.3x FY09E and FY10E earnings, respectively. Its a Great Buy at CMP Rs 196/-.

Our Performance for Last Week !! (Along with my review)
Dear Investors,
Last week we saw a range bound market , the second half of the week we saw the markets going for some unnecessary discounts. But neways scrips recommended form us as usual gave good returns to my Paid Members as well as my free gupshup & blog readers. Now let us review my calls given as free tips in this blog. (some also given to paid members earlier)
My recommended SAAG RR Infra at Rs 52 - 63 (gave 20% returns so far, the best part being the fact the scrip hit Upper Circuit everyday & ended in U.C this again is a very strong counter and would cross the 3 figure mark in short-medium term) hence buy and accumulate on all dips.
NAGARJUNA Fertilizers recommended at Rs 41 hit 44 giving 10% returns in the short term (if you'll have booked profit, you can buy this scrip again, others keep holding, incidentally this is also being recommended by many other famous analysts too.
MOLDTEK suggested at Rs 71 sailed to Rs 78 (10% percent so far, keep holding or even buy at CMP this has the potential of crossing 90 in very short term).
Ennore Coke recommended at Rs 34 reached 37 before cooling down a bit but you will see this scrip crossing 50 very soon some anaylst has even termed it as a "Potential Multibagger".
Core Projects recommended to Scrip Scan Paid Members for monday at Rs 218 - 270 (25% returns so far, newly inclusion the F&O gave a new philip to it & hence we have another reason to buy apart from very sound fundamentals)
Value Mart Info recommended to PAID GROUP and later in this blog at Rs 3.5 - Rs 6 gave the whopping 75% returns (scrip tanked after huge profit booking was witnessed in this counter).
Southern Online Bio Tech has shown a great strength this scrip was recommended by Nirmal Bang (Click to read the Report) as a BUY (I have been recommending this scrip again & again to my PAID MEMBERS as well as in this BLOG itself !! )
Penny Stock KAASHYAP(532283) has hit continuous Upper Circuit for two days giving 20% returns but if you guys have the patience for 2 - 3 months keep holding this scrip for atleast 50% returns of not more)
Earlier recommended GSPL & Noida Toll Bridge gave an instant 15 - 20% returns as also included in the new F&O list. Goa Carbon crossed 150 recommended at Rs 116 (30% returns) Scrip like Mysore Cements, Vijay Shanti Builders, Vinati Organics are all set to give good returns in day to come.

My other favorites like Souther Online Bio Tech Limited (SBTL) has shown great strength and is all set to move further Cmp Rs 27 (its great buy at these levels), Ennore Coke at Rs 34 (once the production starts & confirmed officially could take it to dizzy heights).

Scrips to buy for 4th August Monday !! Sokhi FREE TIPS..

Buy Richa Knits at Cmp 85 (recommeded in Sokhi Scrip Scan already doubled it self).

So how did we perform ?? A review of our FRIDAY Performance !
Dear Investors,
Now let us see as to how did we performed on 1st August, friday ( I see a good rally for our markets going forward this month).
Goa Carbon recommended at Rs 116 - Rs 122 (5% up in circuit in one day), India Bulls Retail recommended at Rs 73 - Rs 76.30 ( 5% up in circuit in one day), then we recommended KLG Systel Ltd at Rs 360 - Rs 383 thats more than 6% in a day, Pyramid Saimira recommended at Rs 163 made an intra day high of Rs 171 (5% in one day), other two recommended stocks namely Refex & SBTL also managed to close in GREEN ( in coming will surely deilver atleast 10 - 20% ).
My earlier recommeded ISPAT around Rs 19 few days back reached Rs 27 now thats 50% . My recommended CHAMBAL at Rs Rs 57 - Rs 82 ( 44% so far ). Recommendation to PAID GROUP Sathavahana Ispat Rs.45 - Cmp Rs 56 (24% in 2 days).
Jindal Online (Sokhi Penny STOCK) recommended at Rs 2.25 - Rs 3.03 Cmp 35% returns so far, another Penny STOCK Sambhav Media 2.50 - 3.02 (21% so far, already mentioned in the BLOG).
