"The company has made a sharp turnaround in its working despite higher interest payment of Rs.1031 lakh and deprecation of Rs.454 lakh to record a net profit of Rs.615 lakh in FY10 against a loss of Rs.472 lakh in FY09. This change in fortune has led the promoters to allot 14 lakh shares on a preferential basis at Rs.33 per share in April 2010.

In Q1FY11, it earned over 100% higher PBT of Rs.3.9 cr. against Rs.1.68 cr. in QF1Y10, which might rise further in subsequent quarters. It maybe recalled that the company had issued 3:2 bonus two years ago and the stock had hit a high of Rs.200. Now that its profitability has sharply returned, the stock price too will sharply and it is bound to be re-rated and quote much above its book value Rs.40.
