SOKHI PICK OF THE WEEK and NIFTY VEIW : Sutlej Textiles & Industries Ltd 532782 CMP 279
Sutlej Textiles & Industries Ltd 532782 BUY 275-283 SL 270 TARGETS 295 / 302 / 310++
Last week closed with a minor gain of 48 points. As indicated last week, the support zone of 5630/5600 was held very well, with Nifty making intraday lows of 5624 (17 Jan) & 5634 (20 Jan). On both occasions nifty bounced back to close positive. On the upper side Nifty has strong resistance @ 5720/5745 zone. This narrow band is keeping nifty range bound.
The scene remains more or less unchanged from last week. The last supports are in the range of 5630-5600. Expect a short term bear phase if these levels are broken decisively on a closing basis. The last major support for Nifty now is at 5390 or thereabout.
In the coming week it is highly possible that levels of 5600/5550 will be tested. However, if 5600/5630 is held, a strong bounce cannot be ruled out. A continued up move can only be sustained after a close above 5835.
Immediate resistance for Nifty is at 5740/5780/5850. Volatility will remain high in the coming weeks.
